Tart Cherry Sangria

Ingredients
- 2 oz. tart cherry reduction*
- 1 oz. apple cider
- Non-alcoholic prosecco, for topping
- Optional garnishes: tart cherries, cinnamon stick, star anise
Directions
Add the tart cherry reduction and apple cider to a wine glass with ice. Stir to combine. Fill the glass the rest of the way with non-alcoholic prosecco. Garnish with tart cherries, cinnamon sticks, and star anise if desired.
*Tart Cherry Reduction
- ¼ cup frozen tart cherries
- ¼ cup dried tart cherries
- 1 cup tart cherry juice concentrate
- 1 cup water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
- 8 cloves
Add the frozen tart cherries, dried tart cherries, cherry juice concentrate, water, and spices to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes, then strain into a storage container. Let cool to room temperature before using.
