Tart Cherry Lavender Spritz

Ingredients
- 1 oz. lavender lemon honey syrup*
- 1 oz. tart cherry honey syrup*
- 1 oz. tart cherry juice concentrate
- ½ oz. lime juice
- Tonic water (approx. 3 oz.
- Optional garnishes: frozen tart cherries, lime slice, lavender sprigs
Directions
Add the lavender lemon honey syrup, tart cherry honey syrup, tart cherry juice concentrate, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a stemmed glass with ice and top with tonic water.
*Lavender lemon honey syrup:
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup frozen tart cherries
Add the honey, water, and frozen tart cherries to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, then strain into a storage container. Let cool to room temperature before using.
*Tart cherry honey syrup:
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup water
- 10 sprigs of lavender
- Juice of ½ a lemon
Add the honey, water, and lavender sprigs to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in the lemon juice. Strain into a storage container and let cool to room temperature before using.
