  • 1 cup frozen Montmorency Tart Cherries
  • 1 cup plain low-fat kefir
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

  • Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
