- 1 cup frozen Montmorency Tart Cherries
- 1 cup plain low-fat kefir
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
